Schwarzbach, laboratory medicine, medical partnership for tick-borne diseases, a registered medical partnership specialised in private medical diagnosis and treatment of tick-borne diseases, especially in Lyme disease and possible co-infections.
The Medical Partnership is tenant of the Center for tick-borne diseases and co-infections Augsburg (Borreliose Centrum Augsburg - BCA). According to the regulations of the Medical Association’s professional code of conduct in Bavaria it is personally, logistically and economically separated from the commercially active B-C-A Borreliose Centrum Augsburg Betriebs GmbH & Co. KG with its 4 business units.

The Center for tick-borne diseases and co-infections Augsburg (BCA) was founded in July 2006 with the aim of offering a specialised holistically orientated medical center for tick-borne diseases, especially Lyme disease. Due to the cooperation of the Medical Partnership with BCA, the center offers diagnosis, therapy, laboratory and rehabilitation in an unique way under one roof.
We, the physicians of the Medical Partnership specialised in Lyme diseases, take you and your illness seriously and listen to your concerns. We realize that Lyme disease is often misjudged and chronic ill patients are said to be mentally unstable and seriously depressive.

All medical services (diagnosis, therapy plans, therapies and medical therapy monitoring) are provided by the attending physicians of the „Medical Partnership“ and will be billed to the patient on a private medical basis (according to the Medical Association`s professional code of conduct in Bavaria).
The range of services of the „Medical Partnership“ Dr. C. Nicolaus, general practitioner, & Dr. A. Schwarzbach, laboratory medicine, medical partnership for tick-borne diseases offers amongst others:
- Diagnosis with extensive anamnesis and physical examination
- Determination of necessary laboratory services and analysis of the laboratory findings in the range of the diagnosis
- Taking of blood samples, technical examination (ultrasound, cardiogram etc.), infusions
- Development of a therapy plan
- Subscription of pharmaceuticals and therapies (prescriptions)
- Various meetings with the consulting physician, consultation services and other necessary examinations (therapy improvements)
- Referral letter and disease reports
Further services (accompanying therapies, dietary supplement products, laboratory services specialised on tick-borne diseases, rehabilitation, fitness, etc.) can be obtained from the cooperating B-C-A Borreliose Centrum Augsburg Betriebs GmbH & Co. KG, which is also situated in the Morell street. This commercially active GmbH & Co. KG has its own website (www.b-c-a.de).
